Position Open: Progressive Tooling

Description of Duties: Capable of building, repairing, maintaining and troubleshooting low to high volume progressive metal stamping tools. Use of all standard Tool Room machinery is required. CNC and/or WEDM experience is a plus. Bilingual is a plus.

Brief description of tool room support equipment: Our Tool Room has up to date and quality equipment and tooling. Each workstation has a dedicated surface grinder. NC Bridgeport milling machines, CNC milling machines, FANUC WEDM machines as well as sinker EDM are all part of our equipment listing.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: Keystone has a full support staff of tool designers, CNC programmers, and a product design and engineering department as well.
Brief description of tooling materials: Keystone makes use of all standard grades of air hardening tool steels. We have the equipment to perform our heat treatment in house. We use CPM grades as well as carbide in specific tooling applications.

Brief description of Vacation Policy: 1 weeks. 2 weeks after 2 years. 3 weeks after 10 years.
