Description of Duties: Interpret highly technical electronic and written blueprints, models, and specifications to produce tools, dies, progressive dies, and special devices used on manufacturing machines to mass-produce metal parts, primarily in metal stamping.
Brief description of products and services: We specialize in providing precision tooling solutions tailored for the outdoor power equipment industry.
Brief description of tool room support equipment: Our tool room support equipment comprises a comprehensive range of advanced machinery designed to enhance precision and efficiency in manufacturing processes. From CNC mills to wire EDMs, manual milling machines, surface grinders, and lathes.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: Our engineering support system boasts a full department of highly skilled design engineers and programmers proficient in utilizing multiple cutting-edge software packages. From SolidWorks and CREO to Logo Press, AutoCAD, and Mastercam.
Brief description of tooling materials: Our tooling materials primarily consist of high-quality tool steels, including D-2, PMM4, CRS, and A-2.

Brief description of Vacation Policy: At CSM, employees are entitled to 2 weeks (80 hours) of vacation time, which is prorated based on their start date. Vacation time begins accruing from day one. Additionally, employees receive 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave, also prorated depending on their start date.
